Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
This is on a case by case basis. Unless there is a stipulation in your loan agreement, or grants received, etc, you have the choice whether or not you want to accept section 8 voucher participants. -
Are you licensed?
Yes. Our owners hold licenses for the states of MD, VA, PA, WV, and DC. -
Can I reach you after hours?
After hours, we recommend submitting your requests through our website portal or mobile app so that we can direct your request to the right person. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, you have the option for direct deposit to your account. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

Do you sell real estate too?
Yes we do. We are able to help our clients with traditional sales and acquisitions. We specialize in helping our clients grow their asset portfolios and with a large inside network of investor clientele, we offer inside, off-market deals.
We hold licenses for the states of MD, VA, PA, WV, and DC. Outside of those states we have an extensive network of referral agents. -
How and when do I get my checks?
All rental income is directly deposited into your account after we have received it from the tenant. You can access the landlord portal at any time from our website or mobile app to review the property income and expenses. -
How is rent collection handled?
Rent collection is done through the tenant online portal or via mobile app. Rents are due on the 1st of every month, a 3-business day grace period. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
The length of our leases can be flexible based on your needs. The typical lease length is 12 months, however, we will manage single or multiple year leases, month to month, or even short term rentals (ie. Airbnb). -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
We collect the equivalent of one month’s rent for the security deposit. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can get started as soon as contracts are signed and accepted. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage both residential and commercial properties. Whether it’s a single family home, townhome, condominium, multi-family, mixed-use, retail, office, or medical, we are your go to property managers. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You have 24/7 access to your owner portal to review your statements via the website or mobile app. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
All security deposits are held in the brokerage escrow account. After a tenant moves out, the remaining security deposit is returned to the tenant within 30 days, after any repair costs are deducted.
